Kavya Madhavan Cheats or Was Kavya used

is it kavya who cheated or was kavya cheated kavya ?
madhavan was the first to ring the bells when she said " kaalans" group has used
her pics in ads without her permission and kalans group reteirated strongly saying " they had permission to use kavya for more period as per contract " ( use means - kavya's pics in ads) and that kavya was wrong in acting in other ads. Let court or setlement decide whether they can use kavya ( in ads ) or not.
